BigLeaf Maple Dinner
Hosted by Stelo Arts at Camp Colton in partnership with Oregon Maple Project
Join us in welcoming the beginning of maple pulling season, for a one-of-a-kind culinary experience set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Pacific Northwest at Camp Colton. We're proud to collaborate with Stelo and the Oregon Maple Project for the Third Annual Big Leaf Maple Dinner, to present an intimate 5 course family-style dinner, where each course includes the maple syrup harvested from our very own maple trees at Camp Colton.
This thoughtfully curated evening is designed for those who value a deeper connection to nature, curious about local food sources, and desire a connection to community. Begin your journey with a behind-the-scenes tour of our Sugar Shack, where you'll learn about the magic of maple sugaring—from tree to table—and enjoy the rare treat of tasting fresh, homegrown Oregon maple syrup.
At the heart of the evening is a seasonal feast created by celebrated chefs Adrienne Hasler and Aleya Love. Their menu celebrates the rich bounty of autumn, transforming the region’s fresh local ingredients into a nourishing, maple-infused meal served family-style in a warm, rustic setting.
Use this as an opportunity to invite a friend and escape the ordinary, deepen your appreciation for Oregon's natural and culinary treasures, all while supporting the stewardship of this land and the mission of the Oregon Maple Project.
