About the Seasonal Dinner Series

Stelo Arts Seasonal Dinners at Camp Colton are culinary celebrations of the Pacific Northwest and the shifting rhythms of the forest. Held three times a year (Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, and the BigLeaf Maple Dinner), these intimate evenings gather our community around a shared table.

Each event begins with a hands-on workshop or land stewardship activity, followed by a social hour and a curated five-course feast prepared by local chefs. It is an opportunity for guests to connect with the land, support local makers, and come together in the heart of the forest.

Tier 1: The Harvest Sponsor

The Impact: You are bringing the feast to life. This top-tier sponsorship directly covers the cost of our culinary chef and local food sourcing, ensuring our community can gather around a locally grown meal made with love.

Single Dinner: $4,000

Full Season (All 3 Dinners): $10,000

Sponsor Benefits:

  • Tickets: 4 complimentary tickets to the dinner.
  • Menu Placement: Exclusive branding and logo placement directly on the printed dinner menus at every seat.
  • Speaking Opportunity: Availability to briefly address the attendees and welcome guests during the dinner program.
  • Digital Presence: Logo and link added to the Camp Colton website and featured in our community newsletter.
  • Event Recognition: Verbal recognition by our team during the dinner along with leaving promotional material at our giveaway table.

Tier 2: The Artisan Sponsor

The Impact: You are funding the experience. Your contribution directly pays the local artist leading our pre-dinner workshop and covers the curated local wine and beverages poured at the event.

Single Dinner: $1,000

Full Season (All 3 Dinners): $2,500

Sponsor Benefits:

  • Tickets: 2 complimentary tickets to the dinner.
  • Bar Placement: Exclusive branding and logo placement at the bar and beverage station.
  • Speaking Opportunity: Availability to briefly address the attendees and introduce your organization during the workshop section of the event.
  • Digital Presence: Logo and link added to the Camp Colton website and featured in our community newsletter.
  • Event Recognition: Verbal recognition by our team during the workshop activity along with leaving promotional material at our giveaway table.

Tier 3: The Shared Table Sponsor (Pay-It-Forward)

The Impact: You are opening the door. We believe the magic of the forest should be accessible to everyone. This sponsorship directly subsidizes tickets for community members who may not otherwise be able to afford the entry, ensuring a diverse and inclusive gathering at our table.

Single Dinner: $300

Full Season (All 3 Dinners): $800

Sponsor Benefits:

  • Direct Connection: A personalized note sent to each guest who benefits from your gift, letting them know their experience was provided by you or your organization.
  • Event Recognition: Verbal recognition by our team during the dinner.

Note: To ensure the maximum impact of your gift goes directly to community members, this tier does not include complimentary sponsor tickets.

The Village Partner (In-Kind Donations)

The Impact: You are sharing your craft with the community. This tier is for local businesses and makers who want to contribute goods, services, materials, or raffle prizes. We welcome both per-event and full-season (annual) partnerships.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Event Support: Earth-friendly beverages (local wine, beer, or non-alcoholic options), locally roasted coffee, and workshop materials (art supplies, natural crafting materials, seeds, etc.).
  • Raffle Prizes: Local goods, wellness products, gift cards, or unique experiences to be raffled off to our guests.

Sponsor Benefits:

  • Product Placement: Strategic logo placement directly next to or attached to your donated item (for example, signage on the workshop tables, at the coffee station, or at the raffle table).
  • Event Recognition: Verbal recognition by our team during the dinner or the workshop, depending on which part of the evening your gift supports.
